The Irmscher spider is a rare conversion caried out by irmscher in germany, There is belived to of been about 2000 converted but only 4 ever made it in to the uk as original rhd cars. Now about 12 are in the uk in various difrent states of tune. Ranging from standard 1.2 with no bodykit to a wide arch (irmscher spirnt kit) with a 2.0 turbo and eds phase 4 kit. The only uk importer of the spider was based in Walasll in Birmingham, Steve Thompson cars.Original right hand drive cars can be distinguished buy a WD at the end of the plate meaning first registered in Walsall!
